2. In case of defective/damaged item, buyer must contact us for RMA# and return instruction.
3. NO REFUNDS. We only allow exchange for defective item.
4. The buyer is responsible for Return Shipping Cost for Defective Returns.
5. Upon receiving return item, we'll inspect the item and if it is determined to be defective or damaged, a replacement will be send out.
